These are the terms and conditions of the competition:

“Ultimate Christmas E-Card Giveaway”


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS COMPETITION.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE REGISTRATION OR BONDING REQUIRED.


  1. The Promoter


    The “Promoter” is: BMG Rights Management (UK) Limited on behalf of the BMG group of companies and Slade (the “Artist”).  We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 06705101 and our registered office is located at 8th Floor, 5 Merchant Square, London, W2 1AS.  To contact us please email [email protected].  


  2. The competition

    1. The title of the competition is: “Ultimate Christmas E-Card Giveaway”.
    2. The competition will be promoted on the following URL address: https://ultimatechristmascard.com (the “Website”). 
    3. These terms tell you the rules for entering the competition and for using the Website.  Upon using the Website and/or entering the competition you will be deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agree to be bound by them.  If you do not agree to these Terms you must not use the Website or enter the competition. 
    4. Entries that do not comply with these Terms will be void and will not be entered into this competition.
    5. These Terms refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy which, along with Term 9 below, also apply to your use of the Website.  If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us: [email protected].

  3. How to enter

    1. The competition will run from 10:00am (GMT) on Friday 18th November 2022 (the "Opening Date") to 11.59pm (GMT) on 15th December 2022 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
    2. All competition entries must be received by us via the Website by no later than 11.59pm (GMT) on the Closing Date.  All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    3. To enter the competition, you must be eligible to enter in accordance with our eligibility requirements (please see Term 4 below) and you must enter the competition online by:
      • sending a friend/loved one an E-card via the Website; AND/OR

      • following the Artist’s Christmas playlist on Spotify where indicated on the Website;


      The options above must be done where indicated in the competition entry form on the Website (the “Competition Entry Form”) by the Closing Date.  No other method of entry will be accepted.

    4. You can enter the competition as many times as you want!  Each E-card you send via the Website will count as one (1) entry.  Following the Artist’s Christmas playlist on Spotify will also count as one (1) entry.  Any additional entries will be void and will not be entered into this competition.
    5. The Promoter will not accept:
      1. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
    6. Your entry will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy and in accordance with Term 9 below.

  4. Eligibility

    1. The competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except:

      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of Terms 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 above.
    2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
    3. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
      1. automatically generated by a computer;
      2. completed by third parties or in bulk; or
      3. incomplete.
    4. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
    5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

  5. The prize

    1. One (1) winner will receive a personalised video from Noddy Holder wishing them a Merry Christmas!. The prize does not include any other costs associated with use or taking up of the prize.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
    3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.

  6. Winner

    One (1) winner will be selected and will be the first name drawn at random from all of the participants who entered the competition correctly.  The draw will take place on 16th December 2022 (the “Announcement Date”).  The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.


  7. Claiming the prize

    1. The Promoter will contact the winner within thirty (30) days after the Announcement Date, using the e-mail address provided with the competition entry to advise how to collect the prize.  The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the Competition Entry Form has been submitted.
    2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf, unless agreed otherwise by the Promoter in writing in advance.
    3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.  If the winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
    4. he Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

  8. Limitation of liability

    Insofar as is permitted by law,  the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the competition and/or taking up the prize and/or using the Website except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  9. Data protection

    Your personal information (and, if you have submitted your friend/loved one’s personal information, your friend/loved-one’s personal information) will only be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy and in accordance with these Terms.


    Spotify: We have integrated features of the Spotify platform into the Website.  The plug-in makes it possible to establish a direct connection between your browser and Spotify’s server when you visit the Website.  As a result, Spotify receive the information that you visited the Website with your IP address.  If you click the Spotify button while you are logged in to your Spotify account, you have the option to link content from the web-page with your Spotify profile.  If you are logged in to your Spotify account or consequently log in to your Spotify account, this will link your browsing behaviour with your personal profile.  You can prevent this by logging out of your Spotify account.


    You will be able to log in to your Spotify account using sign-in services.  These services will provide you the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your name and e-mail address, together with other information from your public profile with your consent.

    Postmark: We have integrated features of the Postmark platform into the Website.  The plug-in makes it possible to send an e-mail to someone’s e-mail address using the Postmark app on the Website.  As a result, Postmark receive the information that you visited the Website with your IP address, the e-mail address(es) entered, and the content of the e-mail sent, in order to provide their service.

  10. General

    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
    2. No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the Website.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    4. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
